Training Update

I didn't ride much in the last couple of weeks to to other commitments.

Week ending 2/05/12: 52 miles
Week ending 1/29/12: 45 miles

Miles to date: 249
Longest ride to date: 35 miles
Weight 179 lbs

I have a metric century scheduled in March and a full century scheduled in late April.

Long ride goal for next week: 40 miles
Weekly mile goal for next week: 100 miles
