1st Week of Training

This is just a quick update on my training.

I'm taking things easy as I start my training.  I have my first century ride scheduled for the end of April.  My butt is no longer sore and my energy level is up.

Week 1
01/01/12: 10 miles
01/03/12: 10 miles
01/05/12: 10 miles
Total: 30 miles

Week 2
01/09/12: 14 miles
01/11/12: 14 miles
01/13/12: 14 miles
01/15/12: 05 miles
Total: 47 miles

Week 3 Goal: 75 miles
