It's good to be back on the bike!!  2012 was a bust for bike riding, I didn't come close to what I wanted to ride. Partly do to other activities and partly do to injuries.

2013 will be a the year of new beginnings as I begin my training for my next big ride.  Not sure what that will be yet but I have a goal to ride the Trans-America bike trial in 2017 self supported.  Right now my plan is to ride 5 days a week and slowly build up my weekly miles.  My 1st century ride is scheduled in April so I have a lot mile to put in during the next 3 1/2 months.
